I'm thinking about doing this to make some extra money...not so much talking about running an in home daycare, but thinking about offering to watch another child or two during the day or after school care, just part time (3 or 4 days a week) like, something sort of structured, we can do crafts, park, lunch, games...things like that...... but personal too like ideally I would like to know the family through church or something if that makes sense....

Any tips? I'm not sure how to start or advertise, I have a 4 year old and six month old.... so I'm about to completely child proof my house, I want to get cpr certified....I've got plenty of space... I'm flexible and would be willing to work with someone's specific needs! Plus I LOVE kids and would have a lot of fun with it. Any one do something similar, and have advice? How do you like it and does it work with your life (still getting to take care of the house, fix dinner, run errands?) how much do you charge?
