2 weeks late, negative test.

Back story:

So I got my first depo shot in February, I bled the entire first 2 months until the doc said I could take birth control to balance out the bleeding. I never went back and got the depo shot but I did continue with my birth control pills until I ran out of refills in June. I'm currently at school away from home and can't get back to see my doctor so I can't get any more refills. My last period started June 9 and I'm currently 2 weeks late. The last time I had unprotected sex (like no condom, I was taking the pill) was before that period.

Now:

I took a test today just to be sure I'm not pregnant and it came back negative, not even the faintest sign of a line. Is there still a chance I'm pregnant? Could the depo shot/being off the pill be screwing with my cycle?
