Castor oil???

Can someone give me their own PERSONAL experience with castor oil.... I read so many comments he say she say but never really personal... I took a cap full with my son now 4 and had him the next day healthy no complications was thinking about taking some this go round currently 39 weeks and 5 days due date Sunday ......

I feel like a cap full shouldn't be dangerous. I've read women that want to drink the whole thing and that is because the baby can poo in you and swallow it but I don't see one capful being a problem.

i took 2 ounces w/ some juice around 8pm last night & woke up this morning around 6:30am to my water breaking. don't know if that's what did it, but im sure it helped since i had started cramping a few hours after drinking it. ( & my doctor gave me the green light, said 2 ounces couldn't hurt anything )

Did it for two of my pregnancies and it worked for me. I know you have to be dilated though. 
The first time I did it I was 4cm and I took 2oz in a shake I drank it around 11pm at night went to hospital around 12:30am had my baby at 1:50am
2nd time I did it I was on 1cm and I took 2 table spoons and I ate greasy fast food. I took it around 2:30pm started having contractions around 5pm I was walking around I didn't go to the L&d; until 10pm got check I was 4cm and didn't get into a room until 12pm I had him at 2:50am.
Both deliveries were spontaneous no pitocin needed to make me have contractions.

I took 2 tablespoons of castor at 11:00 p.m July 18th had contractions on and off from 3:00 a.m to 7:00 a.m. water broke at 7:30 a.m. July 19th had her at 2:28p.m.!

I drank VERY STRONG raspberry leaf tea at 38 weeks during my two previous pregnancies and both babies came very soon after. Baby #1 came 12 hours later and baby #2 came 36 hours later.

Although my actual labours were very quick: 3 hours and 2.5 hours.

I tried it with my son and all it did was make me really sick (vomiting and dierreah). It was awful. I'm definitely not going to do it this time around!
