Nexaplan Help

So I've been on this birth control for a yeah now last April I got a period every 3 months but Iv been noticing that it's getting more frequent . So I got my period at the end of June around the 23 started like a normal period would for about a week then stoped for 2 days and started spotting of and on and it's continued and it's now the 21s of July ! Has this ever Happend to anyone else . I mean I know it does the whole random bleeding thing but they said it would be in the first year ! Could it be possible that it's trying to change my period to every month instead of ever 3 !
