Itching flakey skin?

Once a month for the past three or so months around my mouth and under my nose I get patches of scale like flakey skin that is irritated sometimes red and itchy, i don't know if this has something to do with periods or if I have a skin condition but if you have any idea or something related to this please help out!!

I don't know what's causing yours but Curel makes an anti itch lotion which is amazing. I use it after every shower

This always happens to me right before my period. During cycle days 21-28.  I realized i get yeast infections on my face as a symptom of pms. Its so annoying bc nothing keeps my skin moisturized and flake free during this time!! Anti fungal cream with clotrimazole helps with the redness and irritation.
