Bf cheated on me. Now he wants to get back

We were together for about a year and four months when he broke up with me. I was destroyed because I really loved him and I never thought he wanted to finish our relationship. Then a week later a friend we have in common told me that he cheated on me once with someone I considered my friend and I just couldn't believed it. I was really hurt and angry with both of them. After that I realized that even though I love him I couldn't be with him anymore and since then I've been trying really hard to forget him. After five months of the breakup I went to this party with my friends and he was there. Apparently he liked how a I was dressed or something bc he came to me saying he miss me and all that crap and since that day he keeps sending me texts and I really don't know what to do. He's moving to another country at the end of the year and probably I would never see him again but he also hurt me pretty bad in the past. I'm confused
