Sounds like a UTI , I would definitely go to your dr cuz if it's a UTI the pain will only get worse and you will need antibiotics

If you have cramps in your back the infection may be in your kidneys and no home remedy or flushing will help that.

Are you pregnant?? Also, if you're bleeding down there you don't need to be taking ibuprofen. That's a blood thinner. It's better to take Tylenol (anti-inflammatory).
