Pregnancy premonitions 😰

So I keep having crazy dreams and weird " de ja vu" instances. I can't really describe it but everything showing that I'm pregnant. A few nights ago my child hood music box randomly went off at 4am. It scared me half to death! My sisters expecting soon and I immediately contacted her but she was completely fine. I recently got off birth control from feeling strange. Af ended almost 2 weeks ago..I took a test a few days ago but BFN. Now I've had bleeding like AF again but my periods are very irregular. Do you think I could be pregnant off of these crazy instances or am I totally crazy? Any advice/ comments/ similar stories are welcome. Thanks.
