tmi...blood on toilet paper..trigger Possible* miscarriage..

I've been pink/brown very light spotting for 3 days. today is #4 and I have been in SO much pain. terrible terrible cramps, pain in both ovaries, headache, nasuea, and bloating. then this today after a severe cramp. it's just a blood clot right...? bc in my mind as crazy as it may sound to some...it looks like a little baby. please no judging. I'm being serious about this.. about to head to ER.
