Very Worried

Great day Ladies

I am 8 days late from my cycle. In the beginning I had all the signs of pregnacy but after a while they all went away I took a test but it came negative few weeks back the Dr also did blood and urine yet there I am no pregnant. In fact they its a cyst and fibroids. for some reason I feel something moving inside of me in my back especially yet there I still have cycle.. Can some please advice me ??
