Fatty fat fat fat
So I stopped smoking when I got my BFP, to me it was non-negotiable.
Sadly I MC'd at 6 weeks, but I knew I still wanted to TTC so I didn't start again, but for those few weeks I had motivation to eat healthy and be determined, but now, I'm on my TWW so I'm anxious anyway and I'm eating everything. To the point where my clothes don't fit!! 🤐😮
I've never been big on exercise but heard it helps, but is it safe to start now when I could be pregnant? Any advice is appreciated!
