Mothers milk tea?

Has anyone tried this or anything to help breast milk supply? My daughter is 7w and exclusively breastfeeding. However, I just returned to work so have been pumping there as well so I can freeze for the sitter.

It worked for me! Also look up the "boobie smoothie recipe" it has banana, milk, flaxseed chocolate powder and a few other ingredients it also helped me and helped keep me full for a while

That tea didn't work for me. What worked is oatmeal. Everyday I had oatmeal for my breakfast and take prenatals while u r breastfeeding

tastes like black licorice to me I wasn't a fan
