If that was a internal ultrasound it's a girl matches mine exactly and everyone said girl including the tech lol

I don't remember the key but, when I did this worth my first two it said girl and I had 2 girls. Who knows

My guess would be girl. My placenta and baby were positioned on the opposite side as your baby and we are expecting a boy.
