Okay so I've been contemplating getting the implant or staying on the pill. But I've heard of you get it within 3-5 days of your period you're protected right away and you don't get irregular bleeding/ periods. And if you get it outside of those days in your cycle you get irregular bleeding and arent protected until after a week or so? Also I've heard about being on the pill while on the implant to regulate your period. Does that effect the implant? How was your experience?
