It looks like a cyst. It could be nothing dangerous but the vet could inspect it and it won’t be THAT expensive. Definitely worth checking out 🥰

No blood, chewing and/or irritation. just licking...we don't have the money to go to the vet right now so please help. I really don't know where else to go
