I am on my 8th month using paraguard iud and I really like it. Cramps are a little harsher than with mirena but I survive. My periods have been coming like clockwork every 28 days. My husband and I do not use any other forms of protection now I'm late by 3 days. I have lost about 6 pounds over the last month but everything else is about the same. I have a few period symptoms like acne, being exhausted but that's it. Should I be freaking out that I could be pregnant?
