My husband and I both agree that although we have a child we aren't going to stop doing the things we always did. Obviously with some modifications. We are both very much into sports. I play soccer 2x on Sunday and I like to workout and he plays baseball on Sundays and hockey once during the week. Baby was born April 27th during both off seasons for hockey and baseball and both have since started back up. Soccer doesnt start for me until September. Everything I want to do I have to wait for baby to be sleeping or my husband to watch him. I don't workout until baby is down for the night and I won't be able to play soccer unless he doesn't have baseball. His hockey schedule should never be an issue as the baby it's already sleeping by time he leaves for the game. But baseball is on Sunday mornings. This morning he left for his game at 8:30am, I had already been up with the baby since 7. He didn't return home until 3pm! The game ended no later than 1:30 and we live 5 minutes from the field! He stayed after the game drinking in the parking lot with his buddies. I was ok with him going to baseball but come on he clearly took advantage of that situation. I have given up so much for him to become a father (believe me we both wanted this baby) but he has made no sacrifices.
