Herpes outbreak while pregnant

Ive had genital herpes 4 years now. It sucks :( I just found out I'm a few weeks pregnant and I rlly don't know what to do.. I'm having an outbreak rn. It hurts so bad. I'm going to all new doctors so I have yet to tell them... What do i Do? Am i going to have to start taking medication for this? Will my baby be affected or is he/she already effected by this? I'm scared..
