Taken within the time frame. Sore nipples past week, past 5 or so days been feeling weird feeling in my uterus. PCOS so not sure of ovulation/if ovulation occurred, don't know when AF is due... OPK is negative??? Please help! Should I go get a FRER?

7.26 update:

Have taken 3 more tests, 1 more of this cheapie and 2 from Walmart. This brand still showed a false positive... an evap I'm pretty sure. Tossed the entire box of the rest of these cheap strips away So disappointing.... the other tests were very negative.. feeling like I want to just give up and let it happen when it happens but that's so hard when you have PCOS... because you're supposed to try and manage it!! Ugh I am stuck in a rut. Feeling my anxiety and depression slowly swallowing me again.
