Did anyone have sex before 6 weeks? My boyfriend wants to have sex soon, he did today actually. And I do to. Just want to hear different experiences. I had a pretty easy labor/delivery and only had a small perineal tear. I've really felt okay since I was like 4 days pp.

The reason they tell you not to is because even though you feel okay you're not okay. You could end up with a serious infection and need to be hospitalized. It's not worth it.

Everyone I know that did that are either pregnant with baby number two and baby number one is only a few months or got a bad infection or both. But none of them complained about bleeding

I did. I had sex at 3 weeks 🙈. I had a csection though so it might be different expierences. However it did hurt! mainly just a super tight hurt and it wasn't very enjoyable. Then we did it again like a week later and it was like normal except honestly better lol

Just wait the 6 wks, they tell you for a reason. Your body needs to heal internally as well and you risk infection and hemorrhaging

With my daughter,I waited the 6 weeks. With my son, I waited until about 4 weeks. Either time it wasn't bad. Just a little nervous at first because I had an episiotomy with my son, even though the stitches were healed.

Don't do it your friend will hemrage and bleed a lot if she got stitches they will tare and cause you to bleed a lot.

I didn't tear at all and was cleared at 4 weeks to have sex again
