Can only orgasm at the clit

I've only been able to orgasm at the clit area and never during sex, only with his fingers. We've tried several positions and repeatedly him rubbing the 'g-spot', sometimes I feel that peeing sensation or like I could climax. It all feels amazing, but I've been never been able to experience the climax of an orgasm. Any suggestions? Please help!
