Ovulation and best time to do pregnancy test.

Hey ladies first time posting my partner and i had sex 3 days before ovulation day, the day of ovulation and the day after ovulating im due for my period on the 27 th and im very regular they come every 27 days. My question is when is the best time to do a pregnancy test ??
