Vitamins + Birth Control
I take a women's 2 a day multivitamin and I also just started birth control. I'm curious to know if they'll interact, or if I shouldn't be taking them together? I read something about vitamin C decreasing the effectiveness of the pill so I'm curious to know if anyone else takes multivitamins and the pill?
