Lil over a year postpartum!!
My daughter turned one year old on June 8th. Since having her, I made my goal to not just get my "body back", but to be healthy and fit. Before her I was skinny and probably didn't eat enough. I nit picked every little thing about my body for NO reason and still fight doing that now (it's a really unhealthy mindset to have). I focus on eating well so I can have energy to take care of her (I'm a SAHM) and feel good. I love to exercise whether it's with her on a walk or going to the gym when my husband is home and she's sleeping. I miss her too much if I go to the gym while she's up😂😂 but anyways this is my body now!! shoutout to Tammy Hembrow for always showing up with her perfect butt and cute kids in my instagram and motivating me🤗



Btw, this isn't me fishing for compliments. I've been accused of it before and I don't appreciate that. Can't a girl be happy💁🏼
