Boob pain :/

Hey friends! This morning I woke up and my boobs are just weird. Let me go into more detail... I woke up this morning and my nipples are like flat, there's no raise to them at all, which is weird for me. It's pretty rare for me. I messed around with them to try and decide if they're sore or not, and I messed with them so much I couldn't decide 😱 I got to work and I'm hanging some clothes and my left boob starts hurting, which I've never really experienced as it's not a normal period sign for me personally. 😫 Last night I slept in my under wire VS bra which I NEVER do and I'm wondering if that could be why? My periods are a month and a week apart, typically I have 36-38 day cycles 😑 I'm expecting my period on August 1st, so just about a week from today. I'm kind of freaking out. Helllllp!!!
