I live in the UK. I'm currently 7 months into a job and still have no contract. Management and directors keep telling us that they're sorting it out as they have been saying for more than 3 months now. I've also mentioned that I'm currently unhappy within my job role and don't want to work in customer service and want to work within a different sector. I've thought about seeking professional advice but I'd feel bad for doing so. Please help me decide as I'm very unsure what to do.
