HELP PLEASE!

So I started my birth control July 10th only took it two days then stopped, so it's been almost two weeks since I stopped taking it. Today I believe I started my period, it's been a little over 13 weeks since I had my baby. Do you think my period started or ami just bleeding cuz I stopped my birth control? I feel like it's my period that started cuz wouldn't I have bled right after stopping the birth control? Plus like I said I only took it two days!
