Bassinet?

So my 3 week old daughter is currently using a delta children's gliding bassinet

The issue is she has started to move more and the bassinet shakes when she does. It is kind of loud and she is only about 6 lbs! I imagine when she gets heavier it will only get louder. The poles are metal so I'm wondering if that is why.

Does anyone have recommendations for a sturdier, quieter bassinet? Also are rock and plays safe to sleep in? I've heard conflicting information. She throws up a lot in her sleep so I'm wondering if that would help?
