My Heartrate
My HR is normally in the 80s but for the past week or so it has been escalating. I thought it was just bc I was outside so much and it's been 100+ but today I was folding laundry in our perfectly temperate bedroom and my HR jumped to 120. Is this okay? I had read that drinking water can help and I feel like I've increased my water intake here lately - but maybe not enough? Any advice? Experience with this? Do I just need to call my doc?
