Bleeding after period!

My period finished around eleven days ago but today I got some light bleeding. No pain like my normal periods, just bleeding. My friends are telling me that it's just hormones since I've been stressed lately and haven't been eating that much but google is scaring me! I wanted some second opinions on what it could be or maybe if anyone has the same issue who could put my mind at ease? Thank you!! X
