HELP!!

Can someone be pregnant if they only have a one day period ? Lastime i got pregnant I had my period once I hit my 2-3 month I think I stoped having them I never knew I was till I went to the doctor and now I'm stuck in the spot don't want to go to the doctor just yet! I need mommies HELP!! SAP ?! 😓😱😱😱
