Ttc after miscarriage

All day I've been really hungry like eating non stop, but besides the 2 hours I fell asleep but other than that I've been eating. My left boob is really sore at the top an I'm having stomach cramps, and nausea without vomit here lately an I don't want to test cause I'm not suppose to start until the 3rd. What should I do? Is it a sign of pregnancy?
