If your sensitive to blood or cuts, beware!

I recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl! Now this is my first baby so I had/have no clue what to expect. My doctor said I didn't tear but this looks like a rip/tear or something, all I know is I'm almost crying from pain when I use the restroom. Should I go back to them and ask for some sort of stitch or medicine? Is there anything you think could ease the pain? I'm hopeless.☹️
