Swallowing it WHOLE?

Question

Does anybody else's baby like to swallow their food (table food) whole? I have a 15 month old daughter and she rarely chews. She has 2 bottom teeth and her top 2 teeth are starting to come in but this girl rarely chews. Anybody elses baby like this?

Yes! And he also tries to shove everything on his plate in his mouth at once also. I have to watch him very closely.

She has recently started enjoying taking bites of things. Before that she would swallow lots of things whole.  Like I would find whole blueberries in her poop, haha.

My daughter does this too. I've heard it can be because of purée baby food and getting in the habit of just swallowing.
My daughter has 12 teeth, 6 top and bottom, but still finds herself doing this. It pains me because sometimes she tries to swallow whole and she makes a face like it hurts. Some times she'll chew. Not always. 
I'm not sure what to do about it, besides I usually tell her to chew and make chewing movements with my mouth. Sometimes it helps. I figure she'll get the hang of it.
