Bloated

A few days ago I was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage (Blighted Ovum) I'm supposed to be 6w6d today but I had 2 ultrasounds one at 5w1d and another at 6w1d and they saw a sac but no baby... being that I had a miscarriage on May 12th and was pregnant a month after I'm thinking maybe my days are off which is why they can't see the baby yet. Today I'm sooooo bloated that I'm nervous because I don't know if it's normal or not. I'm not cramping or bleeding ... just really bad bloat to the point I feel nauseated.

Should I be worried 😩
