Is it normal?

So i don't really remember when it started happening but whenever I'm on my period, my hands begin to get a tingling sensation & at times I feel like I can faint but not to that extreme? Idk, I just don't know if I should see my doctor or not. I just wanted to ask you ladies if this has happened to you?
