8 months ago I had my progesterone taken at 7dpo and it was 3.7:-( I felt sad but obgyn said I was def ovulating.... Made some serious health and diet changes since then, and have consistently taken supplements. Decided to have it rechecked privately yesterday at 7dpo. Hoping my hard work has paid off and my progesterone is higher. I'll let you all know the results:-) peace and love....oh and of course, baby dust.
