I started losing weight before we started trying, so it's hard to say for sure; however, my periods were better than they had been in the past once we decided to start trying and I came off my birth control.  So I'd say it didn't hurt it any.

Yes, as both my ob/gym and RE recommended that I lose 25lbs to "help" with conceiving.

I'm glad you posted this. I had gastric bypass and tried for years before to get pregnant. Now I lost all my weight then had three kids and packed on 109 pounds again. I still look better than I used to but gained with my pregnancies  now we're trying for one more and been at it for two years and nothing. Trying to lose weight again to spark the luck but my new husband has low sperm count like extremely low 😓
