Signs of preterm labor?

So I'm 33 weeks. I've heard that the baby's head won't move into your pelvis until they're ready to come and you can feel even from the outside that my baby's head is moving into my pubic bone. I keep getting really bad cramps that do not have a pattern but they start right where her head is and move to my lower back. I've been over producing colostrum since 15 weeks but it keeps just flowing out of me, like without stimulation which it did not before.

Am I just over reacting?
