Partner smoking weed way to much ??

in 2016 my fiance was smoking less and when I was pregnant at the time so now he smoke a lot and started cursing a lot by stress and smoking weed way to much cause he lost the job and sometimes get mad over nothing and we fight sometimes and I don't like he smoke a lot. he think I don't trust him taking care our daughter is 10 months old but let me tell what he does when he with my daughter he sit there watch tv and put my daughter in playpen area and all sudden I heard my daughter crying bad. I feel he wasn't focus on her very much or spend time with her. he rather put my daughter on playpen then go smoke. you think he should smoke less or quit the marijuana??
