Tampons are burning!

I'm 3 months post partum and I am on my 2nd period since having my LG and I physically hate using pads because they chafe my legs to the pin to bleed and can't walk. But now I've had my girl I find that when I remove my tampon it will literally ally burn and sting to the point of tears!!

Any help or advice!!!
