quietly panicking

i went for my first ob appointment yesterday. i left overjoyed and full of excitement. however, i have to get an ultrasound at a lab because they don't do them there. i knew going in they most likely wouldn't show me a thing...my doctor warned me and told me not to worry. after a 45 minute appointment they made me wait for a doctor to review them. 30 minutes later i was asked "when you had your miscarriage, how do you know it passed? did you have a dnc?" "no. my doctor gave me medicine to help it pass. trust me. it passed." i then asked the tech "is there something wrong?" "i don't know. I'm not a doctor." i was shuffled out to the waiting room for a few minutes and then told i can go home and my doctor will have everuthing in 24 hours. now, mu doctor said he won't contact me if everything is ok. i went home balling my eyes out and went straight to leaving him a message about what just happened. now i wait to hear.
