Are men supposed to have hairy butts?

Ok, i know this is gonna sound like some trolling. It's not. After I had sex with my bf the other day, I caught a glimpse of his butt and there was A TON of hair in his butt crack...like, it's VERY noticeable. I don't have this problem. Is it normal for guys to have a ton of hair there and not girls? Or is this abnormal for guys too? It disturbed me a little because there was just so much in there
