I am 7 dpo today abd felt little twinges on my left side last night. I'm new to this and just dont know. What do you think?

I started with a cream pink discharge and then the next day I had very light only when I wiped pink blood that lasted 2days and it was brown the next day and all this happened 2 weeks before my period. Just thought I would share with you how it happened for me. Good luck!! ☺️
