Progesterone?
Anyone out there on Progesterone ? I take 200mg once a day from days 14-28. I'm on day 8 right now but starting on day 5 I have had heavy spotting ... I'm just not sure if it's spotting or a period now... as it's heavy enough to need a tampon but not a steady all day flow just a few times a day very heavy release.... anyone have this is it normal should I still expect a period at the end? Any help is greatly appreciated.
