Ttc after stillbirth

First time poster.. hoping to find someone who went through something similar. My beautiful son Oliver was born sleeping May 9th at 33 weeks, it was considered a cord accident. Since we were both healthy I got the go ahead from my OB to start ttc just three weeks later. I stopped bleeding a month after (June 9th) and didn't have any bleeding until July 4th, where I spotted very very little. I only noticed it when I wiped and didn't need a tampon or a pad.. it's been 11 weeks since I had him and still haven't gotten a period or a positive test. My question is, do you guys think my spotting might have been a light period? How long did it take you to get your period back? And has anyone gotten pregnant before getting their cycle back? Thanks!
