Morning after pill side effects or UTI

I took the morning after pill 8 days ago. My period is due in 5 days roughly. I've had no side effects of the morning after pill till now . I masturbated today which was fine . Then like mid day I went to the toilet and noticed a little blood like spotting. I heard this can happen after taking emergency contraception. However i keep having the urge to pee then not really needing it and feel a little off . Pain in stomach . Do I actually have UTI infection.
