HELP, SPECK OF BLOOD, IS IT NORMAL?

I'm 13 w and 5 d and today when I wiped I had the tiniest speckle of blood on the paper. I wiped again and there was no more, is this normal? I'm trying not to freak out over every little thing, but I want to make sure my baby is okay, should I go to the hospital?

You could be dehydrated or if you've had sex recently your cervix could have been bothered. I wouldn't worry. I had some spotting at ten weeks but everything was normal with my pregnancy
