Possibly pregnant with IUD..?

Sooo, I have a skyla IUD and I'm worried I'm pregnant. I would be so happy if I was but the waiting game is killing me. Mainly because if I am pregnant I need to know asap so I can go get the IUD removed. I've read up on it and the timeline of everything is matching up exactly. We had some damn good sex, 6-12 days later I'm experiencing cramps that are different than normal ... at this point i was supposed to be on my period already by like two days. Either Sunday or Monday, I think Monday (I work night shifts in a factory so my days are mixed up) I spotted for just a little bit, it was gone before I had to go to work (10pm) still cramping and peeing every 30 min. My boobs had gotten so tender and swollen. Last night at work I spotted just the slightest color of pink. Got nauseas twice while working, both times after eating. Came home this morning still cramping, went to bed and just woke up and am bleeding. Kinda heavy kinda not, but just straight blood. Pain is still pretty high. We were gunna wait and take a pregnancy test tomorrow ... but since I'm bleeding now, should I just not take the test and assume this is my period ? Or test just to be sure ? I want so badly to be pregnant that I think I'm playing games in my head :( Idk what to think anymore!
