Daughter hit her head/forehead

So my 4 year old daughter fell and hit her forehead on the ground and it's swollen

Is it normal for her forehead to have a swollen bump it looks a bit more swollen in person

She is acting pretty normal we're at the park where she fell and she is still playing

Sorry if it sounds stupid but she's never hit herself like this and I just get worried
